Alchimistische Symbole (György Haiman)
We have a surprising number of customers who are chemists. So this one’s for them. (Unless you get to it first.) It’s an excerpt from Walter Endrei’s book about early chemistry symbols—but with new woodcuts by György Haiman, the notable Hungarian designer-scholar. A sweet thing that looks good and you don’t care about chemistry so you can just look at it and appreciate it as a nice thing from the library of Steven Heller.
