Colors, No. 4

This issue of the magazine about the rest of the world is iconic. We’d not appreciated how many recognizable images came from this one issue. Produced under the direction of editor-in-chief Tibor Kalman, this is not only a seminal piece of design history, but it’s still (tragically) challenging and engaging twenty-nine years after it was first published. Try sitting with your racist uncle and taking a flip through this one. (Actually, we might try that ourselves before we ship this to you.)
