Helga
As Fonts in Use reports, Helga was designed by Friedrich W. Kleukens and
issued by Stempel in 1912, followed by Kursiv (1913) and halbfett (1914) styles. Also carried by Enschedé as Olga (all 3 styles), by Jezynskiego as Hela (before 1940), and by Pierallini as Serie Siena. The halbfett was also available from Stempel in a Cyrillic version. Comes with a set of ornamented initials.
From what we can see, there is no Kursiv or halbfett in this specimen, but there are references to 1912 and 1913 in the sample settings, so we’d guess this is from 1912/1913. It is loaded with ornaments and those ornamental initials referenced above. It is also pretty as a picture of a pretty specimen of a pretty face.
