How’s about this quote by Friedrich Schiller for the social media age? “Live with your century; but do not be its creature. Work for your contemporaries; but create what they need, not what they praise.” And how’s about this was lettered by Rudolf Koch to boot! Note his monogram in the lower right. See pages 15 and 16 of Cinamon for reference and comparison. (And if you don’t have a copy, we have one for sale.) He was using that monogram in the early 1900s. Is that when this is from? We have no idea. We can’t find this anywhere.
