The sixteen plates were issued in a similar style to his \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/ksmallgallery.com\/products\/klassische-schriften-rudolf-koch\"\u003e\u003cem\u003eKlassische Schriften\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/a\u003e, as a loose portfolio, presumably for ease of tracing. The alphabets were lettered by both Koch and his assistant Friedrich Heinrichsen.
