Plak: Die Plakatschrift des Modernen Buchdruckers

$600.00

POW! This kick-ass sans by Paul Renner was first released by Stempel in 1928. The name of the face translates to poster (FYI) which makes sense because it was only available in super-big sizes, the smallest being 72 point. (The largest we’re quickly seeing is 600 point.) We’re seeing just one copy at Florida International Library and two other copies in Canada and Amsterdam. A total stunner for the summer. (Also nice in fall, winter, and spring.)
