What’s black, white, and with a dash of red? Blandine Minot’s The Attenzioni. Venice Series illustrations are the outcome of her careful eye and attraction for the hidden beauty in things of everyday life. In 2011, during a trip to the Venice Biennale, her attention was caught in the old city by its highly original intercoms, which she photographed and then redesigned. This was the start of The Attenzioni. Venice Series, the first of her studies into the singularity of everyday objects.
