The entire staff of Katherine Small Gallery invites you to celebrate a new old book by W.A. Dwiggins. In 1928, after nearly twenty years of writing and picture-making, Dwiggins tried valiantly to get his Athalinthia stories published in one volume. Bruce Kennett helped him do just that almost 100 years later. Come help us introduce this book to Greater Boston and the greater world as both Kennett and a selection of Dwiggins designs will be present for a book launch party without further formalities. (Also, it’ll be the 142nd birthday + 1 day of Mabel Dwiggins, so there’ll probably be cake.)
