Jan and Edith Tschichold wish you all the best for the new year! We don’t know for sure what year that was, but as there was none printed on this sheet or the accompanying envelope, let’s say it was sometime between 1902 when he was born and 1974 when he died. It was probably closer to 1974. The Chinese woodcut was printed in the manner of Tschichold’s beloved Ten Bamboo Studio. A nice thing.
