Carl Rollins at Montague, 1903–1918

$20.00

Coming soon is an event for a new book about Carl Rollins, so we’re digging out some Rollinsiana. This one is from a talk delivered by his wife, Margaret, to the Columbiad Club in Connecticut, in 1963. It covers Rollins’ time in Montague, Massachusetts, up until he left there to be a designer and later the Yale University Printer and (in 1941) an AIGA medalist. Montague is where he printed a book in Bruce Rogers’ Centaur—which was the very first time it was used.
