Louis Silverstein: Design and The New York Times, 1952–1986
We were once asked to help design a newspaper. It was an informal inquiry and we’ve never made time to carry out the task even if we think about it all the time. Maybe we should just pass this along to that publisher. This giant 4-pager is a concise and informative showing of that goes into designing a paper (the New York Times) and its promotional materials. Produced to celebrate an exhibition about Lou Silverstein at the Lubalin Center.
