Once upon a time there was an Art Director
We often note that one of the reasons we opened this place is because after we stepped down as president of the Society of Printers we missed doing things for people but not with people. This poster is a graphic depiction of that sentiment (with some good copy to help). Illustrated by Erwin Poell, there were other versions of this poster issued by Stempel. (We have another by Hermann Zapf.) A total charmer, this one would look good in your child’s room, giving them an early lesson in the fact that sometimes it’s good to keep quiet and let professionals do what they are trained to do.
