SPARK: Keiichi Tanaami Print Collection
This one is a chronological compilation of so-called “printings” by Tanaami Keiichi (1936–2024), a Japanese pop artist who was active from the 1960s as a graphic designer, illustrator, and video artist. It includes posters, record jackets, and woodblock prints. The book shines a light (a spotlight, if you will) on how Tanaami pursued his work while placing emphasis on the technology of printing. A spectacular explosion of color and graphic messages.
