Although designed by Bradbury Thompson, this book is really all about artist-illustrator Stevan Dohanos. Ol’ Brad knew enough to stay out of Dohanos’s way and let the illustrations and paintings shine. We’re of the opinion that that’s how it should be. But we’re old fashioned. And old.
