Studies in Type Design (Rudolph Ruzicka)

Here, in a very clean, still sealed box, is a copy of Rudolph Ruzicka’s Studies in Type Design. Above you’ll see a photo of the box. The pictures of the item itself are not actually of the item itself. They are photos of our personal copy of this treasured item. We’re obviously not going to open the box. You should do that yourself. We can’t make any claims about the contents. Maybe the portfolio is rotted. Maybe there’s a moldy cheese sandwich in there. Or maybe there’s a copy of Studies in Type Design with a $10 bill tucked in. We can’t say for sure. (When we were printers, we’d sometimes hide a $10 in the sheets for the binder to find as a nice surprise.)
