The New Yorker (Dec. 5, 2005) (Matthew Carter)
We gave up on the print edition the New Yorker a long time ago. In the days before the Internet we prided ourselves on reading it from cover-to-cover each week. And then they started to pile up. Now we just read it on our phone for three minutes before we pass out in bed. But this one’s got something that keeps us up at night: a profile of Matthew Carter. Or, maybe, the profile of Matthew. Even twenty years on it’s still a tremendous resource and worth having on paper even if two seconds of googling will get you to an online version. Maybe he’ll even come in and sign this before we send it to you. (Right, Matthew?)
