variations

$500.00

It’s the bicentennial of the United States. Inge Druckrey is teaching at Yale. Grace Kao is her teaching assistant. Together they work with the students of Art 17 (a class we can’t find the name of) on fifty-nine variations of lines and patterns. Taken individually, each is an interesting composition. Put them all together into one book and they become a stunning meditation on black, white, rhythm, patterns, and space. A very special thing.
