Yale School of Art MFA Commencement Exhibition (Inge Druckrey)

In the spring a young designer’s fancy lightly turns to thoughts of MFA commencement exhibition posters. Here young Inge Druckrey lightly and brightly celebrates the work of those about to graduate in 1981, some of whom are probably listed on this poster by young Matthew Carter. Printed via silkscreen in three colors, we feel like we’ve seen this reproduced more than a few times although at present we can’t back that up with proof. But who needs proof when they’re eating the dogs? When they’re eating the cats? Anyway, a lovely, uncommon poster.
