Before her work with clients such as Wes Anderson, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream, the United States Postal Service,  Penguin Books, the New York Times, Barack Obama, Nike, Tiffany & Co., Victoria’s Secret, Adobe, Apple, American Express, HarperCollins, Hershey’s, Kellogg’s, and NPR, graphic designer Jessica Hische made a name for herself with her Daily Drop Cap project for which she aimed to create a new decorative letter every work day. Begun in September of 2009, she made 312 before calling it quits. Here are twenty-six that she printed via letterpress herself and which we exhibited here in 2022. Rare.
