[a certificate to accompany “Das Blumenbuch”]

To the Eduard Goether Printing Company, in Darmstadt, the guardian of good German printing art and admirer of German written culture, the Klingspor foundry presented Rudolf Koch’s Das Blumenbuch on the occasion of its centenary with heartfelt wishes for another successful century of good printing. They also gave them this certificate. Or maybe they didn’t as this one has a hair embedded in the paper and they picked a nicer copy to send instead.
