It is possible that this is a showing lights and lamps produced by Louis Poulsen. The one in the lower right looks like the work of Poul Henningsen. But Henningsen was a Danish designer and Louis Poulsen was a Danish manufacturer—and this was printed by Unie Praha—a major Czech printing firm. So that’s a lot of guesses and half-baked ideas and it’s possible that everything typed above is irrelevant. We honestly have no idea what this is about but we know it is a nice thing suitable for framing and shining a spotlight on.
