In the fall of 1984, printer-typographer-type designer-scholar Joe Blumenthal was planning a get-together with designer-scholars Sue and Greer Allen, 28-year-old designer Jerry Kelly, and 37-year-old designer Howard Gralla. This notecard set in Blumenthal’s Emerson type confirms that all are available to attend. As of this writing, only one attendee is still alive.
