One can’t put Berthold Wolpe in a box—but if one had to, it may as well be that depicting him as a scribe. A master of letters, lettering, and the history thereof, Wolpe was (and is) a beloved inspiration and character. Alas, this 2-color letterpress print is marred by a mailing label from Susan Shaw’s Merrion Press, but one can either photoshop it away or frame this item in such a way as to cover it.
