[Robert Brownjohn’s letterhead]

Here’s a sheet of Robert Brownjohn’s letterhead from before he decamped for London in 1960. MoMA dates it from the 1950s and the address is one he seemed to use before cofounding Brownjohn, Chermayeff & Geismar in 1957. A rare item from one of graphic design’s many bad boys, set with type so small you’ll need a high-powered microscope to read it. Or maybe we just need to get our eyes checked.
