Sammlung Hermann Zapf

$150.00

There are a lot of books about Hermann Zapf. There are so many, in fact, that some of his greatest hits tend to be repeated over and over and over again. If one is not careful, one could see a book about Zapf and justifiably think, I’ve seen it all before. But don’t fall for that trap with this one. We found surprises in this one—like the pages of logos and monograms collected in the back of the book. Starting in 1991, Zapf began donating his archive to the Herzog August Bibliothek in Wolfenbüttel, Germany, so there are bound to be oddities and unknown things in here. A surprisingly good book—and cheaper than a trip to Wolfenbüttel.
